Excellent location near popular attractions, metro, and restaurants. Staff is attentive, helpful, and remembers returning guests. Early check-in assistance provided. Comfortable, clean rooms with good European-style breakfast. Quirky charm adds to the experience. Close to supermarket and pharmacy.

Good breakfast selection and nice interior of ground floor.
The day time reception staff where rude. When we walked in he did not even say hello to acknowledge us. Even if he was serving other people and talking on the phone a simple hello would of been nice. When we got served by him didn't even say 'welcome' or a 'hello'. Didn't even offer us a city map which were located on the desk (we had to ask for it). However the night receptionist was very helpful and said hello and welcome to all who were checking in and offered customers maps and bookets and explaining the map. Also we where on the 7th floor. No elevators on the 7th floor only go up to the 6th. Also shower was uncomfortable the ceiling was to low and kept hitting our heads on it the room was like in an attic. Tv was not working properly nor the fridge.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the sheets and towels were changed daily. The staff, especially Leonardo at the lobby desk, was incredibly efficient and helpful. He knew everything about the city and its attractions, providing fast and effective solutions whenever we had questions. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the main attractions and in a good area near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The hotel's proximity to the metro made it easy for us to travel around the city.
Everything was great.

Its convenenient location
The rooms are small for the price we paid. While the staff are okay, the hotel are understaff and everything takes time. There is one person at the reception who has to do everything so it takes time to get things done The breakfast is not very good- and the bread we had for 4 days was awful, although we have eaten somewonderful bread in Italy.

Excellent reception staff
Variety and quality of breakfast is not suitable for 4 star hotel even this is a European hotel and especially for family with children

The breakfast at Hotel Anglo Americano was absolutely delicious. They had a wide variety of sweet treats that satisfied my cravings. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with a mini-market, pharmacy, bars, metros, and bus stops all just a short 5-minute walk away. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome. my experience was positive and I enjoyed my time at Hotel Anglo Americano.

The room was nice and the staff (the young ones) were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located, 6 minutes from Trevi fountain.
The hotel manager was not very friendly, when I arrived to check in he was shouting at his staff, and asked me to wait on the side like a naughty school kid. He did the same to other customers. The other staff of the hotel however are very friendly. Other negative point, the quality of breakfast is very poor, you can tell the hotel tries to save money on that part! For example, the fruit juice is not fresh, it comes from a machine. There are no proper napkins, instead you have the same paper thin napkins you get at a ice cream shop. I did not have breakfast at the hotel the next days.
